Dear guests, in order to make your stay in “Sunny Resort” pleasant, relaxed, hassle-free and one of the best experiences during your holidays and vacation, we ask that you and your companions – friends and relatives – follow the rules of the complex, that we developed for this very purpose. Please read the Rules of “Sunny Resort”: after booking and making payment according to invoice, you agree to the Terms and to follow them during your stay in the complex.
- Guest makes an advance payment in accordance with the invoice in the amount of not less than 50% of the amount specified in the bill, according to the requisites of the recipient of payment. After the complex gets your payment the booking is considered guaranteed.
- The rest of the payment the guest can make upon arrival at the reception desk of the complex or other convenient way (based on the invoice) before the check-in.
- Complex conducts independent economic activity, based on internal policies and understanding of effective use of its own resources, so the booking is available exclusively on the category of accommodation. In some cases, if the guest insists on booking a particular room, they can book it with an extracharge of 10% from the current rate.
- Upon check-in each guest must present a passport of the citizen of Ukraine (for Ukrainian citizens) or national passport (for citizens of other countries), as well as birth certificates of children (if there are children with them) – each child under the age of 16 years (according to paragraph 1 entry 4 of the “Rules for use of hotels and similar accommodation facilities and the provision of hotel services,” Order of the State Tourism Administration of Ukraine from 16.03.2004). In the absence of those documents, the complex is entitled to refuse a guest in the check-in.
- The guest is entitled receive all the services and procedures that they paid for on current tariffs and price lists.
- The main source of information about the services and their cost is the only official website of “Sunny Resort» – www.www.sunnyresort.com.ua.
- Requests concerning the services not covered by the tariffs and price lists, as well as requirements that go beyond the authority of staff, morality or common sense, will not be executed.
- The check-in time is 09.00 АМ, the check-out time is 07.00 РМ.
- On the arriving day and departure day breakfast, lunch and dinner for the guests are included.
- If the guest is not on time of refuses the complex board, the payment shall not be returned.
- If a guest is late for a procedure, he may be offered another time; in case the guest refuses the procedure, money shall not be returned.
- The procedure of early check-in and late check-out is not conducted.
- If a guest leaves before the planned end of the stay for reasons independent of the complex, he is returned the sum of money for the nights left, minus the cost of one night stay at the rate of his booking (“Wellness” or “Therapeutic”).
- In case the refund is needed the complex offers the following variants: a deposit for your next visit or return in the same manner in which the payment was made. In any case, the guest has to fill in an application for a refund in the set form (application at the reception).
- In case of booking cancellation (for whatever reason), refund is made on the basis of a guests written statement and copies (scanned copy) of their passport on the following conditions: 10 days prior to arrival – 100% refund of an advance payment, 5 days prior to arrival – 50% refund of an advance payment, 3 days prior to arrival – no refund. With the consent of the guest prepaid funds can be credited to the deposit and used by the guest in the next booking payment.
- Compensation of damages caused by the guest, is made by a guest at the rate of double market value of the property, broken or missing at the fault of the guest or guests staying with them.
- During their stay in “Sunny Resort” guests take full responsibility for themselves, those who came with him, as well as children, and oblige to respect the rules of human society and the rules of stay in the resort, follow the requests and recommendations of the administrative staff, be respectful to the staff of the complex, not harm the image and reputation of the complex by words or actions. In case of failure or refusal to follow the Regulation the resort is entitled to register a set of guests (visitors) to a special list of unreliable customers or to evict a guest before the end of their stay without a refund.
- Guests are responsible for children of all ages who come with them for the entire duration of the stay – from check-in till check-out, including the time of stay in kids club.
- Children are not allowed to be by themselves (without the presence of parents, relatives, or animator) in the hall, galleries, corridors, stairs, playground, the gym and pool area.
- It is also forbidden to leave children unattended in your room.
- Before 09-00 and after 22-00, and in the period from 13-00 to 16-00 actions and measures that prevent proper rest of the guests, adults and children, are prohibited. Such actions are: listening to or playing music and songs in high volume, loud communication, the use of salutes installations and other noise.
- Guests cannot host in their rooms people who do not live and are not registered as guests of the complex. The presence in the building and the premises of “Sunny Resort” of people who are not guests of the complex (non-residents and non-registered), is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule by a guest may result in eviction without refund.
- The exception exists for people who are not guests of “Sunny Resort” – the phyto-bar zone where the can stay from 08-00 to 20-00, and the medical center (during the work hours, no later than 20:00).
- The complex employees (the manager, deputy manager, receptionist administrators, attendants, guards and line personnel) have the right to control the presence of unauthorized persons in the territory, buildings and premises of the complex.
- In the event of any conflict with the guests of the complex or outsiders, that happen to be in its territory, buildings and premises, any employee has the right and duty to contact the police.
- Payments for any services provided by “Sunny Resort”, during the guests stay in the complex are carried out exclusively at the reception desk of the complex.
- Smoking cigarettes, cigars etc in the rooms and areas of the complex, including balconies, is strictly prohibited. In case of violation of this rule guests must pay for urgent general cleaning service the sum of 1 500 UAH.
